A. Sterilization Agreement

I agree to have the puppy spayed or neutered within one (1) year of placement. Proof of sterilization must be sent to the breeder.

B. Puppy Registration Policy

AKC, NARP, or APRI registration paperwork will be withheld until proof of sterilization is received by the breeder.

C. Breeding Prohibition

The puppy is sold as a companion animal only. Breeding is strictly prohibited. A $5,000 penalty applies per violation.

D. Coat Color & Size Disclaimer

I understand that exact coat color and adult size cannot be fully guaranteed. Adult appearance may vary from puppy appearance.

E. Health Check (48-Hour)

It is recommended puppies are vet checked within 48 hours of placement.

F. Health Guarantee (2-Year)

A two-year genetic health guarantee is provided from the date of placement. Conditions and limitations apply as outlined in the purchase agreement.

G. Abandonment Policy

If I am ever unable to keep the puppy, I will contact Hamm Mercy's Schnauzers before surrendering the dog to any shelter, rescue, or third party.

H. Photo Consent

I consent to Hamm Mercy's Schnauzers sharing photos of the puppy and/or our family on social media for promotional purposes.

I. Cash Only Payment

I understand that all payments (deposits and final balance) are accepted in cash only. No digital payments, checks, or money orders are accepted.
